Shipping
Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines. Our delivery partners make every effort to ensure orders reach you in about 2- 9 days. The estimated delivery times are indicative and depend on your location as well as local administration controls, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. 

Returns/Refunds
Returns will be allowed only within 3 days of delivery and only in case of manufacturing defects or missing parts. Our support team will verify the same over video call. Returns will be issued after the kit has been received by our production team and verified by them. The customer will need to bear the return shipping cost. No Refunds will be entertained in any situation.

Note – Returns will not be permitted for 9V alkaline battery issues since we ship third-party batteries and do not take ownership of manufacturing defects in this case. 

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped, cancellation requests post shipping will not be accepted. To cancel an order – please send an email to: info@whizrobo.com  with Subject: Order Cancellation-<Order Number>, where Order Number is the actual order number that you received after placing the order. The request will be processed in 3 business days.
